By accessing or using powrplays ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

powrplays provides AI-powered tennis analysis services including:

• 24/7 AI coaching via text (available at my-ai.coach)
• Biomechanical video analysis with PDF report generation
• Progress tracking and serve mastery modules

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload videos containing illegal content, violence, or nudity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models
• Share account credentials or resell API access without a Coach plan
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

powrplays provides AI-generated analysis and coaching suggestions for informational and training purposes only. This content does not constitute professional medical or sports medicine advice. Consult a qualified sports professional before making significant changes to your training regime, especially if you have injuries.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant powrplays a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, powrplays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing hello@powrplays.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms
